Delivery Policy

We currently serve San Bernardino County, Greater Los Angeles and San Diego areas. All charcuterie orders are pickup or local delivery only—we do not ship food items. Delivery is available for free within a 15-mile radius of Downtown San Bernardino. For locations beyond 15 miles, a $0.70 per additional mile fee applies. Standard delivery includes drop-off only and does not include setup or display arrangement. However, grazing table orders do include full setup and presentation at your event location. Exact delivery or setup times will be confirmed after your order is received.

Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Grace and Graze LLC, you agree to our store policies and terms. A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your booking, and the remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery. Please handle all products carefully and refrigerate if not serving immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions or policy violations.

Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of your scheduled pickup or delivery. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for a 30 percent refund of the total order amount. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, no refunds can be given once preparations has begun. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
